WUXI HONGYI METAL PRODUCTS CO., LTD. was invested in by Taiwan CHANGYI CO. in May, 1995. We adopt advanced casting facilities together with silicasol and CNC lathes to produce stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel precision casting products. 95% of our products are exported to North America, Japan and Europe. Our company is located at Wuxi New Industrial District - Shuofang. With 200 members and rich technology resources in casting, Hongyi has an advanced technological process from wax pattern injection, coating with silicasol, dewaxing with high temperature vapor, fast melting to pouring and post treatment. We also have facilities of heat treatment and shot blasting and acid-fined technological process, and we have the capability to produce 960 tons of stainless steel castings each year.
We have established a quality system in accordance with GB/T 19002-ISO9002 which has improved our quality administration and assurance. In Nov. 1999, we passed the approval of ISO9002 system, and we've got ready to face the sharp competition after China's entrance into WTO. Following the principle of "elaborate precision castings, high quality products, customer first, credit first" and taking "advanced technology, complete products and sincere service" as our tenet, we have always been improving and creative to make our products perfect and provide the reliable high quality products to customers.
